RICHLAND TOWNSHIP -- It's that time of the year, with Christmas approaching and people going to the mall to get their picture with Santa. On Tuesday at The Johnstown Galleria in Richland Township, Santa had a big surprise for one woman, ahead of Christmas Day.

BELLEFONTE, Pa. (WJAC) Another former Penn State fraternity member is allowed to serve his punishment at home. Former Beta Theta Pi member Luke Visser was resentenced Wednesday to 45 days of home confinement and six months of probation instead of serving a maximum six months in jail.
