Local and out-of-state boxers draw big crowd at 'Battle at the Kastle' in Johnstown

WASHINGTON (TND) A police officer in Texas was shot in the face by a carjacking suspect on Saturday, according to authorities. The Houston Police Department said Missouri City Police Officer Crystal Sepulveda is "in stable condition" and surrounded by loved ones at a hospital, where she is recovering.

Water authority approves surcharge on some vacant properties in Johnstown

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) Now that the plans to pursue windmills on Laurel Ridge have been scrapped, eliminating the chance to generate about $250,000 annually, the Greater Johnstown Water Authority is looking for others to generate money.
